Objective: Create an engaging and informative 4-page newsletter to connect with clients, share valuable financial insights, highlight client stories, and foster a sense of community. The newsletter aims to keep clients informed and engaged with Strong Financial Network’s services and events, while also providing a personal touch through messages from advisors and staff.

Design Challenge: The newsletter needed to deliver a balance of informative content and personal engagement. It had to provide essential updates, financial education, and relatable elements that would appeal to a diverse client base. The design had to be clean, organized, and consistent with Strong Financial Network’s branding.

Design Solution: We developed a structured newsletter that effectively combines financial education, personal stories, and practical information. Each page serves a distinct purpose, creating a well-rounded communication tool.

  • Welcome and Engagement: The first page features a welcoming note from the advisors, setting a personal tone and updating clients on the latest news and firm achievements. It includes contact information and highlights important upcoming events, such as workshops and social gatherings, encouraging client participation and fostering a sense of community.

  • Financial Topic Highlight: One of the inner pages is dedicated to a relevant financial topic, such as state-mandated retirement plans. This section provides clients with valuable insights into current financial trends, helping them stay informed and make better financial decisions.

  • Client Corner: Featuring client stories in the “Client Corner” adds a personal touch, celebrating the lives and successes of clients. This section helps build a community feel and encourages other clients to share their own experiences, strengthening the relationship between the firm and its clients.

  • Staff Recipe: The back page includes a recipe from a staff member, offering a friendly, personal element to the newsletter. This addition brings a warm, relatable touch, making the newsletter enjoyable to read and helping clients connect with the staff on a more personal level.
